Turbo Tim’s is growing, and we need a COO who can help turn big ideas into a great company at scale.

I’m Turbo Tim. In EOS and Rocket Fuel terms, I’m the textbook Visionary. I see possibilities everywhere, move fast, and love trying things the automotive industry hasn’t tried. I need a true Integrator beside me: someone who loves people, brings clarity to complexity, makes decisions, builds strong leaders, and turns ideas into results. You’ll be empowered to lead the business and tell me when an idea needs a better plan.

We’re an independent, multi-location automotive company built around Cars, Cats, and Community. We’re expanding quickly, building a YouTube channel that shows what shop life can be, and developing a software company aimed at improving this industry. Depending on your strengths and interests, you could help shape those ventures too. We put on community events like Car Extravaganza and Crushawhirl, and our team volunteers because giving back is part of who we are. There’s a lot happening here, and the right person will help us grow it without losing what makes it special.

What you’ll own

• Lead day-to-day operations across our locations and help build the systems, accountability, and leadership capacity needed for continued growth.

• Be the Integrator: turn vision into priorities, align the leadership team, follow through, and help us decide what deserves our attention now.

• Coach and grow our leaders. Build a company where people know what success looks like and have the support to reach it.

• Own operational performance and work with the team to improve the customer experience, financial results, and execution across the business.

• Use EOS tools and a healthy leadership cadence to surface issues, make decisions, and keep us moving.

• Protect and strengthen our culture as we add people, locations, and new ventures.

You might be our person if

• You’ve led people and operations through meaningful growth, and you can balance big-picture thinking with consistent follow-through.

• You understand EOS and the Visionary/Integrator relationship in Rocket Fuel, ideally because you’ve lived it.

• You’re direct, kind, calm under pressure, and genuinely good at getting the best out of people.

• You can challenge a passionate founder, earn trust across a team, and make ambitious ideas executable.

• You’re excited to bring a fresh perspective to automotive. Experience outside the automotive industry is especially welcome.

• You care about culture and employee feedback as much as you care about a scorecard.

Our previous COO has been an amazing Integrator and person. He set a high bar. At times we wondered how we could possibly offer him more room to grow, and he kept growing anyway. Those are big shoes to fill. You won’t be expected to fill them alone: we’ll support your development, give you room to lead, and expect you to invest just as deeply in the growth of our people.
